We are excited to welcome Dari Hul Kellom back on the show. She is a Cambodian American who is a licensed clinical social worker in the United States.
In this episode we dive deep in what is self-care. Dari and Moni break down the different forms of self-care.
Dari also opens up with us and shares her personal story of self-care, how she found a supportive community through dancing, how dancing helped her through her emotional hard times and how other people can dive into the different practices of self-care.
Dari is also a dancer and she talks to us about the dance community, they look at how dancers seek perfection in dance, burn out from it and how it can be obsessive and toxic.
